- Someone who is passionate about customer service is essential so a background in a retail customer facing environment will be beneficial.
- Strong ability to engage, communicate with and influence a variety of stakeholders including Senior Leaders, the Customer Insight team, Customer Journey Managers, Customer Relations and the Quality team.
- A big part of the day to day role will include producing regular insight into customer and people trends that impact customer experience and non-compliant-driving behaviours, to do this successfully, analytical skills will be required.
