Job Description

Experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer who is a self-motivated individual, able to provide end to end customer service to home maintenance requests.

Job Requirements

• Experience within a maintenance background
• Ideally, IEE qualification up to 17th edition Wiring Regulations
• Understanding of Health and Safety and Statutory responsibilities
• Should be qualified to NVQ level 3 (or equivalent, ONC mechanical/electrical Engineering, BTEC level 3 in Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic Engineering)

Jobs Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively within the team
• Be proactive in ensuring good health and safety
• Investigate and establish causes of all breakdowns and damages
• Ensure that all necessary spare parts, materials and equipment are available.
• Complete all assigned general repairs and minor installations at properties in assigned region including but not limited to

– lock changes, painting

– shower installations and repairs

– door hanging

– minor electrical changes and;

– any other general maintenance duties

– Driving
