Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead in business case development LTP initiatives and be the Commercial lead for implementation
  • Development and launch of new credit card propositions that ensure Tesco Bank product suite continues to meet Tesco customers needs e.g. Long Dual – Managing the acquisition plans for new products from Project stage to BAU
  • Influence senior stakeholders across the business to ensure value-adding accounts are seamlessly boarded and channel development initiatives effectively executed to successfully achieve that year’s account plan
  • Ensure for any channels that BAU performance is optimised and delivering value or producing insightful outcomes from ongoing testing
  • Ensure all campaigns and collateral are compliant and deliver good customer outcomes
  • Driving effective and efficient delivery of the Credit Cards annual account plan.
  • Identifying and delivering opportunities to ensure that our journey and approach to recruiting customers is constantly optimised and balancing this with delivery of BAU activity to hit trade targets.
  • Develop a prioritised roadmap for channel and trade driving activities to achieve LTP and value adding accounts
