Job Description:
You will actively make decisions and prioritise the customer experience in all that you do and you will coach and encourage your teams to do the same, across all of our channels and formats.
Job Responsibilities:
- I develop and maintain a culture where colleague and customer safety is inherent in everything we do and look after the health and well-being of my colleagues.
- I am an ambassador for the Tesco brand.
- I provide the tools, training and direction for my colleagues and strive to create an environment in which our colleagues love to both work and shop at Tesco.
- I build Community relationships, control Stock and cost on my Area whilst growing sales and maximising profit.
- I trade my group of stores to maximise sales and to achieve a strong like for like performance.
- I work as part of a team, locally within my town, and across all of our different channels and formats.
- I inspire and lead my team, supporting them to build highly motivated and capable colleagues to ‘Serve Britain’s Shoppers A Little Better Every day’.
- I coach my team to put customers and colleagues at the heart of what we do.
