Qatar Airways Group is looking to hire a VP of Digital Marketing & Acquisition. This is an exceptional opportunity for a creative leader to take part in the digital evolution of Qatar Airways Group.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deepening engagement, as well as growing new revenue streams for the Company.
• Guiding the creation of marketing investment models for channel budget optimization.
• In partnership with CRM team, develop customer contact strategy and governance.
• Championing change to transition media measurement into a performance mindset that is near real-time, always-on, and always optimized.
• Lead a team of marketing change leaders transforming into a performance minded organization.
• Drive culture of individual and collective accountability, to align goals for individual brand/loyalty/continent teams and overall Marketing framework.
• Developing the ‘Prefer Direct’ strategy for Qatar Airways’ Digital channels and the value proposition for travelers to book directly through Digital Direct channels.
