Job Description:
Continuous management of administrative functions to ensure optimum online store performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the operational relationships with the suppliers
- Managing the inbounds and outbounds
- Responsible for referring incidents or corrections of errors within the online shop processes and systems
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal partners such as the call center and the operations team
- Will be the contact for all escalations received from the online shop service team
- Managing the operational courier relationship for the business
- Accountable for closing the loop and being the bridge between the technical and the escalations team
- Liaising with the Product Owner regarding the day to day management of the eCommerce platform
- Responsible for ensuring platform stabilization
- Creating a positive work climate and culture to energise employees, give meaning to work, minimise work disruption and maximise employee productivity.
- Continuously monitoring turnaround times and quality standards and resolve issues speedily to enhance client service delivery
- Logistics inventory management
- Management of training for the Online shop
- Oversee daily logistics & fulfilment operations with a focus on continuous improvement
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all internal escalations specific to the Online shop
- Managing supplier SLA with respective internal stakeholders and suppliers
- Subject matter expert for product rules and processes

Qualification & Experience:
- Relevant degree
- 3-5 years in a similar environment
