Job Description:

A vacancy exists for a College Administrator, based at Life College of Learning Head Office in Rosebank, reporting to Briony Berning, National Education ManagerThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the administrative processes of the college centrally.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for College events nationally – Graduation annually
  • Coordinate the accuracy of the student data management system and student numbers per programme.
  • Maintain a record of expense claims, accruals and assist with budget compilation.
  • Relationship building within the College, Learning Centres and LHC departments.
  • Coordinating the documentation required for external governance processes with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide Quality Assurance administrative support.
  • Provide administrative support for the Research structures
  • Coordinating the documentation of internal governance processes with all relevant stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:
