Job Description:

We are looking for professionals with at least 6 years of experience for the Bologna, Milan and Rome offices , of which the latest in project management and coordination activities in consulting companies strongly oriented towards technological innovation to support the Business.

Job Requirements:

• previous experience in SuccessFactors implementation projects
• excellent knowledge of HR and Talent Management processes
• excellent knowledge of the English language, better if supported by a study and / or work experience abroad
• excellent knowledge of the Office package
• Significant experiences in consulting firms located in Italy or in an international context
• pre-sales with prospect customers, commercial events, drafting of offers, tender management
• management and coordination of project teams in the context of HCM – Human Capital Management projects, on the most popular platforms in the market, and in particular on SAP SuccessFactors.
• updating and innovation of HCM offering products
• tutorship aimed at the training and professional development of the managed resources
