Job Description:

To grow and retain a portfolio of high value Business Segment relationships by performing a proactive, mobile, value adding financial partnership role within the approved CVP. Adding value to client’s ecosystem through both financial and non- financial (e.g., platform business) solutions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive effective query management and client feedback.
  • Utilise the Banks system and tools to ensure accurate and updated client information and effectively manage the relationship (e.g., E3, ProAct, Smart2, Customer 1st etc.)
  • Authorises value transactions within limits and be able to take the initiative within limits of authority.
  • Proactively engage clients in line with the segment value proposition and contact management strategy.
  • Monitor daily referrals to ensure that client facilities are managed within the set risk parameters.
  • Adopt the Ecosystem methodology and client value chain analysis to understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage portfolio based on a close knowledge and understanding of client activities and account conduct.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client’s business through regular interaction with clients at their place of business as per segment value proposition guidelines

Qualification & Experience:

  • Relevant FAIS qualification
  • First Degree Business Commerce
  • 5-7 years Experience in client facing role including sales, credit and relationship management
