Within the H&M Group, Logistics is responsible to make our fashion flow in a sustainable, qualitative and efficient way. We put the customer in focus and our job is about fulfilling the customer promise, creating a great online and in-store shopping experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong relationship with the Recruitment Agency contact to ensure our staffing expectations are met and any issues escalated
  • Support Logistics Centre management team with ER administration
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping of all offices and meeting room
  • Support a fun and exciting place to work alongside Logistics Management team
  • Ensure all employees and agency staff are paid correctly and on time
  • Record, report and communicate KPI’s

Job Requirements:

  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills and great interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Support and promote the H&M Values
  • Be a BRAND ambassador and lead by example
