Job Description:

Responsible for assisting Cosmetics Manager in maintaining cosmetic department standards by merchandising, ordering, stocking , and straightening of the department while providing superior customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Serves as a backup to Cosmetics Manager
• Assists in the training, developing, and coaching of other Cosmetic partners
• Utilizes suggestive selling techniques while assisting customers with selections
• Stays abreast of product trends, styles, and fashions
• Establishes partnership with vendor community
• Merchandises product in an attractive, effective manner
• Ensures clear price message on every item
• Minimizes shrink through inventory control and loss prevention activities
• Orders product to ensure 100% instock conditions
• Complies with departmental operating procedures (SOP’s)
