Job Description:

To handle Partner inquires and transactions related to PeopleSoft records, Benefits and Payroll

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answers advanced phone inquiries
  • Answers advanced email inquiries
  • Audits and performs transactional work related to: application engines, student status, terms in error, 4 week no pay, child labor
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary
  • Answers advanced fax inquiries
  • Responds to any walk-in clients
  • Performs basic research and analysis
  • Participates in processing transactions that may include: direct deposit, subpoenas, eligibility, QMCSO’s, HIPPA, COBRA, beneficiary changes, enrollment, event maintenance, confirmations, merits, S&R account transactions, service awards

Job Requirements:

  • Travel by car or airplane with overnight stays
  • Sit for an extended period of time
  • Work extended hours
  • Function in a fast-paced, retail, office environment

Qualification & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic PC Skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a call center environment preferred
  • Ability to type 30 wpm
  • Basic PC skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • 1-3 years experience with benefits, payroll, or Human Resources preferred
  • Experience operating office equipment
