Job Description:

To deliver exceptional experience and education to Private Clients/Private Clients RMB clients on basic wealth creation, accumulation, and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing portfolio base, providing independent holistic advice, solutions that ensure revenue and profit growth in line with stated KPI’s across the Insure Pillar and Products
  • Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
  • Conduct client reviews within the context of client engagements and market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering
  • Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG
  • Deliver customer experience excellence in own service delivery aligned to Organisational values and service standards
  • Identify Local and Offshore fiduciary opportunities and advise on client philanthropy
  • Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing portfolio base, providing independent holistic advice, solutions that ensure revenue and profit growth in line with stated KPI’s across the Invest Pillar and Products
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing portfolio base, providing independent holistic advice, solutions that ensure revenue and profit growth in line with stated KPI’s across the Transact Pillar and Products
  • Execute on opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets by growing portfolio base, providing independent holistic advice, solutions that ensure revenue and profit growth in line with stated KPI’s across the Loans Pillar and Products
  • Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation
  • Identify and utilise opportunities for revenue growth to deliver on sales targets
  • Provide appropriate banking and financial solutions across an allocated portfolio of clients
  • Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements

Job Requirements:

  • In accordance with National Credit Act (NCA) candidates applying for this role will require a credit record check.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Experience – 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment (strong background in Banking /Investment / Financial Planning / Wealth Management
  • Minimum Qualification – Relevant Educational and professional background Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or Accounting RE
  • Preferred Qualification – Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
