Job Description:

To ensure that all LSS Administration is completed on a daily basis. To ensure that LSS Procurement functions are completed accurately and timeously

Job Responsibilities:

  • Issue consumables (i.e. tea, coffee) to sites
  • Complete all necessary documentation pertaining to termination of security officer(payroll termination, timesheet and requisition)
  • Maintain an accurate filing system of all orders and invoices
  • Print and sort payslips and forward to relevant manager to be distributed to security officers
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers for LSS stock / items
  • Capture and calculate fuel consumption for LSS Area Managers
  • Procurement
  • Complete and submit monthly accruals to the Finance Department
  • Check and code invoices
  • Issue uniforms to new security officers as well as co-ordinate the uniforms returned from security officers
  • Maintain an accurate creditors list
  • Complete cheque requisitions
  • Send telegrams to LSS Officers on AWOL as and when required
  • Assist with adhoc admin duties as and when required
  • Complete purchase orders for uniforms, stationery, etc
  • Complete the monthly recon for uniform supplied on consignment stock
  • Complete all documentation pertaining to the change of status for security officers (e.g. grade changes, site changes, etc)
  • Check GPS violations and forward reports to LSS Area Managers
  • Relieve receptionist

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years admin experience in a similar role
  • Matric or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience working on the Easy Roster system
