Job Description:
To ensure that all LSS Administration is completed on a daily basis. To ensure that LSS Procurement functions are completed accurately and timeously
Job Responsibilities:
- Issue consumables (i.e. tea, coffee) to sites
- Complete all necessary documentation pertaining to termination of security officer(payroll termination, timesheet and requisition)
- Maintain an accurate filing system of all orders and invoices
- Print and sort payslips and forward to relevant manager to be distributed to security officers
- Obtain quotes from suppliers for LSS stock / items
- Capture and calculate fuel consumption for LSS Area Managers
- Procurement
- Complete and submit monthly accruals to the Finance Department
- Check and code invoices
- Issue uniforms to new security officers as well as co-ordinate the uniforms returned from security officers
- Maintain an accurate creditors list
- Complete cheque requisitions
- Send telegrams to LSS Officers on AWOL as and when required
- Assist with adhoc admin duties as and when required
- Complete purchase orders for uniforms, stationery, etc
- Complete the monthly recon for uniform supplied on consignment stock
- Complete all documentation pertaining to the change of status for security officers (e.g. grade changes, site changes, etc)
- Check GPS violations and forward reports to LSS Area Managers
- Relieve receptionist
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years admin experience in a similar role
- Matric or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience working on the Easy Roster system
