Job Description:

Responsible for the ensuring timeous debit order runs are done and management of the debi-check process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of new processes
  • Full control over the debicheck process
  • Prepare Monthly Management reporting for HOD
  • Month Presentation reporting to management forum
  • Management of debit order processes
  • Management of debit order rejection rates
  • Training for staff loading debit orders
  • Analyzing Reporting /data Analytics
  • Analyse and integrate all debit order rejections and identify why and reasons for that

Job Requirements:

  • Must be team oriented, enjoy a “hands on” environment and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and financial skills for effective problem solving
  • Excellent working knowledge of EXCEL.
  • Managerial courage and ability to interact at all levels within the organisation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Well-developed value-system specifically as it refers to ethics, integrity and trust
  • Strong quantitative skills and a willingness to learn and are needed in order to be effective in this role
  • Debi Check full knowledge
  • Ability to be proactive and resourceful (anticipates issues and draw conclusions from financial and operating data)

Qualification & Experience:

  • PASA experience
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • NAEDO experience 3 years
