Job Description:

To provide efficient supervision and direction towards the maintenance of Eskom facilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide financial control and governance for the section
• Project control
• Implement statutory and regulatory compliance
• Execute facilities maintenance within a region
• Provide supervision and team leadership for the section

Job Requirements:

• Ability to communicate with all levels of management and external parties
• Able to travel and sleep out over extended period
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities
• Must be fully mobile
• ISO 9001 and 14000 training
• New engineering contracts (NEC)
• Facilities plant and equipment
• Customer interface
• Financial management and control
• Analytical and decision making
• Strict but firm supervisory skills

Qualification & Experience:

• 3 years experience in building maintenance, project coordination and contracts management
• National Diploma / National N Diploma Electrical /Mechanical / 3 year Tertiary Qualification at NQF 6 with 240 Credits
