Job Description:
To provide and deliver Technical or non-Technical training to ensure sufficient competent employees to undergo on job coaching and training for Authorisation in order to satisfy the business needs for current and future Human Resources sustainability
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer liaison and communication
- Training delivery and facilitation of workgroups
- Perform training and development assessment and evaluations
- Ensuring end to end training administration is concluded
- Apply current relevant training and development technologies and methodologies to effective learning transfer
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work at heights
- Planning skills
- Knowledge of Eskom business
- In-depth knowledge of the field of facilitation
- Knowledge of ETD methodologies
- Ability to distinguish colours
- Ability to manage groups
- Interpersonal relation skills
- Proven track-record in facilitating courses, Assessing Learners, Moderating courses results, satisfying ISO 9001 2008 and Accreditation and Evaluating Providers.
Qualification & Experience:
- 3 years related experience
- National N Diploma with Trade Test Or
- National Diploma in Power Plant Process Control Operations NQF level 5 or 6 Or
- National Diploma ETDP/ Educational Sciences/HR Management
