Job Description:

The job holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager and the aquarium team. They will assist with all aspects of administration including accounts, petty cash, record keeping and ordering of office equipment

Job Responsibilities:

  • There are no discrepancies with petty cash
  • Petty cash policies and procedures are followed at all times
  • Driver’s schedule is managed in a way that high priority packages and items are delivered on time
  • There are no discrepancies in driver bookings, resulting in missed appointments or late deliveries
  • All delivery items are recorded
  • Manage all staff enquiries and facilitate action
  • Ensuring all accounts payable are paid within allocated time
  • Policies and procedures for accounts payable are followed
  • Ensuring all accounts receivable are collected within a timely manner (within 30days of receiving account details)
  • Ensuring all financial transactions are recorded in an orderly manner
  • Ensuring all petty cash is accounted for and recorded
