Job Description:
Emaar Development is the UAE build-to-sell property development business of Emaar Properties, responsible for iconic master-planned freehold communities in Dubai including Emirates Living, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and Arabian Ranches. Emaar development has a high-quality land bank of 170 million square foot gross area for build to sell properties in the UAE, which at an average development rate is expected to service at least 12 years of sales.
The Sales function for Emaar focuses on selling Emaar’s range of products via prospecting or during sales launches, thereby achieving / over achieving the assigned sales target and ensuring high customer satisfaction with sales process.
Job Responsibilities:
- Research, prospect, obtain leads and develop new business opportunities to reach sales targets.
- Capture leads and prospects and maintain a database.
- Represent the company during exhibitions and shows where Emaar is participating or invited.
- Maintain and develop business with existing customers.
- Handle customer query in a professional manner and ensure high level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years sales experience gained preferably in a Life Insurance/ Automotive/ Airlines
- Degree from a recognized University/College.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with clear and concise accent.
- Knowledge of multiple languages any one of the mentioned-(Russian/Hebrew/ Italian, German/French) is a must.
