Job Responsibilities:
- You’ll be accountable for the ongoing development of Dubai Airports Talent Pool; ensuring the continuous improvement of employee capabilities and skills; identifying high-potential employees; engaging with business heads to create a career development strategy for their teams, and ensuring a team of highly qualified employees are ready for the future through various talent development initiatives
- You’ll be responsible for the development of UAE Nationals through a series of career development programs from graduates through to leadership level
- You’ll oversee the continuous effectiveness of all talent tools available to Dubai Airports employees , ensuring that we are leading with the latest industry learning practices and programs whilst satisfying our employees need for growth
- You’ll lead Dubai Airport’s Talent strategy across the organisation; overseeing Training, Talent Identification,Performance Management, Succession Planning and National Development
Job Requirements:
- You must have relevant experience in the key functions of the role, such as Talent Development, Training, Performance Management
- Previous leadership experience is key
- You should have experience working within a complex, fast-paced organisation
- You’ll be an innovator with strong influence and negotiation skills, leading with a consultative approach both with internal and external stakeholders
- You’ll be educated to a degree level in a relevant field
