Job Responsibilities:

• You’ll seek to maximise occupancy across the portfolio and drive rental performance whilst driving operations performance, customer service excellence and reputation.
• You’ll monitor and report on service delivery and standards as per relevant policies, regulations and agreed contractual terms to ensure compliance
• You’ll be conducting regulatory, standards and performance audits across portfolio and developing mechanisms to monitor standards for tracking maintenance.
• You’ll collaborate and with regulatory authorities, agencies and government bodies to ensure a multi-agency approach to risk identification and management.

Job Requirements:

• You should have at least 5 years’ of management system compliance experience with background in safety coordination or similar field.
• You should have in-depth knowledge and implementation of operational standards, and HSE guidelines and practices.
• You’ll have expert organizational, communication and analytical reporting skills.
• You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar field preferably with qualifications in Property/Retail Management, Property Surveyor or Quality Management System.
