Job Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate project resources.
Liaise with clients to assess and propose options to address business requirements.
Identify evolving business requirements and establish plans for future technical capabilities.
Plan and provide guidance on the execution of assigned development activities.
Design and implement solutions including system/software and associated infrastructure to support project requirements.
Participate on departmental, interdepartmental, national or international technology working groups.
Develop detailed technical specifications for system / solution design.
Develop and implement systems integration strategies.
Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in software and systems design and in project management and implementation techniques and practices.

Experience analyzing requirements and/or providing advice and guidance on IT matters to various audiences such as clients and management.
College diploma* and six (6) years of relevant experience**
Secondary school diploma and seven (7) years of relevant experience**.
Experience working in a client service environment and in dealing directly with employees of different levels
Experience in researching, analyzing and recommending current trends, standards, practices and/or products, such as ITIL methodologies, in an IT environment.
Technologist diploma* or Professional technologist equivalency designation and four (4) years of relevant experience**
Experience in extracting, consolidating and integrating data from various sources for the purposes of generating reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
Undergraduate degree* and three (3) years of relevant experience**
