Job Description:

Citi’s US Consumer Business includes Branded Cards, Retail Bank & Mortgage and Citi Retail Services. Our products and services cover a wide range of client banking needs including credit cards, basic banking, mortgages, lending, payments and investment advisory services, to individual consumers and small businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review implementation, maintenance, and functionality of Data Quality controls (i.e., preventive and detective) in the APP with support from Data Custodian.
• Coordinate with Process Owners, Data Stewards, and Reporting Roles to understand consumption requirements and ensure they are being completely fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Lead implementation of demonstrable controls to identify, document and resolve weaknesses in the Systems of Origin, Systems of Record and APPs.
• Review requirements and verify controls are in accordance with the Trusted Sources Methodology, with support from Data Stewards and Data Custodians.
• Review changes to CDEs and Corporate CDEs with support from Data Stewards and Business Architects by Data Domain, and assess impact on the APP.
• Coordinate with Data Custodians, Data Stewards and other support teams regarding APP operations, Data Quality in the APP, data demand / consumption requirements, and open Data Quality exceptions / issues.
• Oversee provision of quality data from upstream data sources into the APP and from the APP to downstream consumers.
• Perform Data Quality checks to ensure safe, accurate, and controlled sourcing, transport, access and storage of data within their APPs.
• Review implementation, maintenance, and functionality of Data Quality controls (i.e., preventive and detective) in the APP with support from Data Custodian.
• Coordinate with Process Owners, Data Stewards, and Reporting Roles to understand consumption requirements and ensure they are being completely fulfilled in a timely manner.
