Responsible for un-secured lending product marketing communication to sales channels

Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and problem handling skills across departments
• Analytical ability and demonstrated strength in quantitative analysis and sales KPI
• Able to perform under pressure. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Fluent communication in English
• Perform leads management and work closely with Decision Management to have leads conversion rate analysis
• Manage channels’ productivity and explore selling opportunities thru process streamlining or targeting potential segments
• Develop sales script to comply with regulation and work with sales team to develop best-selling practice across all distribution channels
• Initiate campaign for un-secured lending product to boost sales volume and improving performance
