Job Description:

Reporting to the manager of Social Investment, this position will create a strategy to manage social investment digital applications in support of Chevron’s business units and provide data and analytics to enhance decision-making on social investments. This includes managing and prioritizing enhancements to current applications used by Chevron business units, which include Power Apps, YourCause, WizeHive and more; and working directly with IT staff, external service providers, and business units to understand and address business needs. The ideal candidate will be able to translate the social investment needs of our business units to IT stakeholders to make sure goals are clear and vision is aligned with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage the day-to-day execution of strategy to deliver on the digital needs related to social investment
  • Build relationships with business units to understand digital needs to support social investment
  • Serve as a Product Owner for social investment in the IT platform, working directly with IT staff to prioritize and complete objectives in Agile methodology
  • Working with finance and compliance groups to ensure accurate data entry
  • Use applications to identify budget trends and insights, track progress, and create executive-level reports.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to provide high-quality support to business units and Corporate Affairs.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to create Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables

Qualification & Experience:

  • 5-10 years’ experience working in the digital field, supporting Corporate Affairs, social investment, community engagement, or similar fields.
  • Demonstrated experience working in Agile methodology
  • Demonstrated experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
  • Bachelor’s degree.
