At Asda we recognise that HR is a fundamental pillar to our overall success, and we’re excited to be recruiting a HR Advisor who will be involved in the expansion of our proposition. The role will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on people policy, process and employee relations case management as we embed a HR through-the-line operating model.
- The successful candidate will likely have previous employee relations or HR experience, a strong working knowledge of employment law and ideally will have achieved or will be working towards CIPD level 5.
- This is an exciting time to join the team as we begin to trial the expansion of our current offer out to retail, so we’ll be looking for someone who is adaptable and open to change.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including letter writing and the ability to build rapport over the telephone.
- Every case is different, so you’ll need to have a can-do attitude and a flexible approach to whatever the day brings.
