Job Description:

As a senior industry expert in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) you are part of the AWS Professional Services team and will support our customers in defining and delivering best in class solutions in the Financial Services Industry. Jointly with the EMEA ProServe country teams you support our FSI customers cloud transformation based on your core expertise in the FSI domain on business model, technical architectures and cloud workload skills. You act as a respected thought leader who has guided customers successfully in their transformation and migration to the cloud both from an organisational and technical perspective.

Job Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver leading edge solutions in the FSI domain based on deep level understanding of the industry, solution patterns and core business processes
• Execute AWS industry strategy
• Work with technical experts of the wider AWS team to adapt AWS cloud services to core industry problems
• Act as thought leader in the financial services domain

Job Requirements:

• Fluency at English, both written and spoken
• Cross cultural footprint
• Profound expertise in building solutions, defining architectures
• Excellent understanding of the value chain of the industry and how cloud technology is driving competitive advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel across EMEA

Qualification & Experience:

• 6+ years experience working with leading Financial Services Industry companies as a professional services expert or as process owner in FSI with profound knowledge on core areas as security, compliance, core banking systems
• Strong experience in taking FSI customers core systems to the cloud
