Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Landscape Manager is to assure that the property receives quality landscape maintenance throughout Dubai Festival City. The role requires hands – on and contractor supervision as well as job-site performance of all maintenance duties;This is accomplished by coordinating and monitoring the performance of the sub-contractors so that the agreed quality standards are obtained.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify insect and disease issues and report to appropriate hierarchy.
• Review site with appropriate hierarchy.
• Prioritize the day’s work list and assign duties to crew members.
• Proactively address questions or issues.
• Handle basic Irrigation tasks such as setting and checking clocks, reporting any damage and some repair.
• Complete weekly reports.
• Complete assigned Work Orders with due dates.
• Conduct “on the job” training as needed.
• Conduct before and after inspections of site conditions of landscaping and irrigation system operations.
• Oversee proper safety equipment and Personal Protective Equipment usage and practices of relevant staff.
