Job Description:

To manage the workshop store operations and exercise control on receipts, issues and storage of materials, consumables and tools. Perform workshop administration as required in the respective branch.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all returnable materials issued e.g. tools, SSTs, manuals etc. are returned back to the store on time.
• Non-returnable material such as paint and consumables issued is recorded for adjustment against inventory and charging to job cards.
• Procure workshop consumables, tools, equipment, manuals and other materials on specific instructions from Workshop Manager or Foreman or to set stocking levels.
• Involves technical understanding of need, sourcing, obtaining quotations, deciding supplier, raising LPO or LSR and related follow-up.

Job Requirements:

• 3 -5 years of experience in well reputed workshop in a similar role or equivalent
• Diploma / Technical / Vocational / Automotive engineering or equivalent
