Job Description:

As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to multi task and prioritize in tight time frames.
  • Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Unit Clerk Program, or equivalent.
  • Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Experience with Meditech scheduling and registration is an asset and may be given extra weight during the hiring process.
